Prime Time Health - Coaching for Adults of all ages

Prime-Time Health Online is an interactive, research-based program that will empower you to live a healthier, happier life. Presented in an engaging, online environment that you can access 24/7, this program includes support from a Certied Health Coach as well as activities, recipes, and other resources to help you stay on track.

Presented in a fun and engaging online environment that you can access 24/7, this program includes support from a Certied Health Coach as well as handouts, recipes, and activities that the whole family will love.

L.E.A.N. Expectations: A Healthy New Begining for Mother and Baby 

Good health for mother and baby begins before conception and continues well after delivery. L.E.A.N. Expectations interactive workshops are educational and provide the opportunity for pregnant and post-partum women to connect and build relationships with others while learning practical ways to positively impact the health of both mother and baby before, during, and after pregnancy. These educational sessions de science-based information on the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.)
